Cascade Sıralı Çalışma

In a sequential pump operation system, without using an external automation system, the pumps are activated in sequence according to the system's requirements, all through the frequency converter. The frequency converter can start and stop the pumps based on feedback signals it receives from the system. This system allows for equal aging of the pumps, as it ensures that each pump operates for an equal amount of time. It is also possible to track the pump operating hours and create a maintenance schedule.

  • By default, 3 pumps are set up for cascade sequential operation.

  • Optionally, up to 8 pumps can be configured for cascade sequential operation.

  • In systems with a primary and a backup pump, the system ensures equal aging and motor alternation between the pumps.

This approach helps in extending the lifespan of pumps and optimizing maintenance activities.
